Coffee scoop

As some crops began to fail due to climate change and land degradation, and as fertisers became unaffordable due to escalating oil prices, rationing was introduced on a number of key commodities. This scoop dates from the early to mid 21st century and was a rationing scoop for coffee. The weekly adult allowance at this time was 5 grams. The unemployed and people above or below working age (ie above 77 and under 19) received no allowance.
