Building bricks

These bricks were initially developed as a child’s plaything. However, their versatility and indestructability led to their being used for the construction of coastal dwellings from the mid 21c, as storms and flooding caused increasingly frequent damage. The bricks, which floated, could be easily collected and re-assembled.
